Solution To access via the web (this is also how you change your password):

Visit http://mail.maelstromsolutions.com/ or http://mail.[yourdomain].com.
Enter your full email address.
Enter the temporary password we've issued you.
Click on Settings (top right).
Click on Change Password and enter your current password and new password.
Click Save.

If you're familiar with setting up email accounts, here is the information you need. These settings are the same for POP3 and IMAP.
server: mail.maelstromsolutions.com or mail.[yourdomain].com
username: your full email address
password: your password (either the one we provided or the one you changed it to)
